Shanghai Porigine Chemical Materials Group Co., Ltd., formerly known as RiBo Group Co., Ltd., was established on April 25, 2002, and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) in May 2017.At the end of December 2025, the Company completed the acquisition of a 71% equity stake in Sichuan Indigo Materials Technology Group Co., Ltd. through a major asset restructuring. Building on its existing premium apparel business, the Company added lithium battery binder operations, establishing a dual principal business structure of "Lithium Battery Binders + Apparel."In March 2026, the Company was renamed to its current name, and its stock abbreviation was changed to "Porigine Materials."Porigine Materials is focused on the specialty chemical materials sector, with a strategic emphasis on the new energy industry. The Company is deeply engaged in the critical auxiliary materials segment for lithium batteries, with high-performance water-based binders as its core product. It serves the power battery, energy storage battery, and consumer battery supply chains, building an integrated upstream and downstream partner network to create a sustainable materials industry ecosystem that accelerates the green energy transition.Looking ahead, the Company will continue to leverage a dual-engine approach of capital and technology to drive the broad application and innovation of specialty chemicals in advanced manufacturing, building a fully integrated enterprise group spanning investment, R&D, production, and sales across the entire value chain.
